Co-Facilitators: Judith Lardner & Bairbre Keatinge

Purpose: To address our needs for meaningful connection through deep listening and
authentic expression.

What: We will support our wellbeing through reflection on our physical, intellectual,

a way to create more opportunities for meaningful connections. In addition we take a
week to get to know one another at the beginning, and to harvest our learning at the
end.

How: We learn and practice through Daily Reflections, Weekly Conversations with a
practice partner, and weekly online Circles with the group.

When: The program starts on Thursday, November 12th and ends on Thursday,
December 17th – Zoom calls from 7:30-9pm. (On average participation takes 4 hours a
week which includes a 90 minute Zoom call, 30-60 minute conversation between
practice partners, and a 10 minute daily reflection.)

Who: Anyone who has taken part in a Restorative Practices training.

Where: Online via Zoom, and by phone or in person with your practice partner.
