February 1st, 14-week Spring Retreat

14-Week Spring Retreat: Sharing our skills and wisdom and support to find equanimity and respite in challenging times.

Many of us may feel overwhelmed by the excess of today’s resources for wellbeing (tv shows, books, courses, videos etc), and wonder how to discern what, in the midst of all this information, do “I” need today? Perhaps you have found yourself bouncing from topic to topic, from the latest new thing to the next unbeatable strategy, without ever spending time to practice and integrate any of the teaching. 

During this retreat participants will be invited to reflect on skills and practices they may have forgotten or neglected, as well as learn skills and practices that are relevant today.

The purpose of this longer Peer Practice group is to take more time for reflection and connection with our practice partner, as well as having more time to integrate our learning and practice into daily life.

This original Peer Practice model includes an Introductory circle, 3 x 4 week cycles of Information, Practice, Monthly Circle, Harvesting, and a Closing Circle. 

Please note that these monthly circles will be held on a Monday evening. Introduction Circle on Monday, February 1st at 7:30pm on Zoom, other Circle dates are: Feb. 22nd, Mar. 22nd, and April 19th. The closing Circle will on Tuesday, May 4th.

Sliding scale/pay what you can:  €50-150.
