12-Week Spring Retreat:
The purpose of this longer Peer Practice group is to take time for deep reflection and awareness, as well as to integrate our learning and practice into daily life. This retreat will support us, together with our practice partner, to focus on and activate a deeper understanding of previous learning, and to integrate our own chosen core practices into our daily lives. During this retreat you will be invited to reflect on skills and practices you may have forgotten or neglected, as well as consider skills and practices that may be especially relevant for you today.
Many of us may feel overwhelmed by the profusion of today’s resources for well being (videos, books, courses, podcasts, social media etc), and wonder how to discern what, in the midst of all this information, can we make use of today? Perhaps you have found yourself bouncing from topic to topic, fascinated by each new thing, or unbeatable strategy, without ever spending time to practice and integrate any of the teaching, or without taking the time to reflect on your own inner wisdom.
Starting date and Welcome Circle on Monday, 6th FEBRUARY at 7:30-8:30 pm on Zoom.
This Peer Practice model includes an Introductory circle, then three 4-week cycles of: Information, Practice, Harvesting (in Circle) and Next Steps, and we end with a Closing Circle.
The three monthly Circle dates are Mondays: 20th FEBRUARY, 20th MARCH, and 17th APRIL.
Contribution: Sliding scale/pay what you can: €75-150.
