April 29th, Using our NVC skills to Create Healthy Boundaries

Using our NVC skills to Create Healthy Boundaries

Co-Facilitators: Nicola Reeves and Judith Lardner

Purpose: The purpose of this program is to explore our boundaries. The purpose of this program is to explore our boundaries. Brené Brown tells us that “Compassionate people ask for what they need. They say no when they need to, and when they say yes, they mean it. They’re compassionate because their boundaries keep them out of resentment.” In this group we will explore boundaries from the following perspectives: Noticing Enemy Images: Learn how to say and hear a “no”, Explore our ideas of Power and Choice,  Recognizing and Letting go of Expectations.

What: On average participation takes 4 hours a week which includes a 90 minute Zoom call, 30-60 minute conversation between practice partners, and a 10 minute daily reflection.

How: We learn and practice through Daily Reflections, Weekly Conversations with a practice partner, and weekly online Circles with the group.
