Wednesday Connections: A series of six bi-weekly online practices. I welcome you to attend all, or some of, the circles.
Purpose: Using NVC skills to deepen our awareness of our delights, challenges, and resources.
When – 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, starting on 8th June, from 7 – 8:30pm
What – Six online Zoom circles to exercise our awareness skills on a range of topics, including: listening, anger, gratitude,. You can find more detailed information on Mindful Communication
Contribution – I request a contribution 30 – 60 euros to attend all or some of these six sessions.
